You can pay for a TV Licence using a debit or credit card.
We accept these debit and credit cards:
Your card must be registered to a UK address.
Ways to pay by card
Online
The quickest and easiest way to pay by card. Don’t worry, our site is secure so your information is protected and safe.
If you pay for your TV Licence by Direct Debit or payment card, you can make up a missed payment by debit or credit card when you sign in to view your licence and payment plan.
By phone
If you need to speak to us, you can pay for your licence by phone.
At any PayPoint store
You can pay by debit card (or cash) at any PayPoint store. You can’t use credit cards. If you need to check disabled access at PayPoint, please call 0330 400 0000. PayPoint is not available in the Channel Islands or Isle of Man, but you can pay at your local post office.
Updating your TV Licence
If you already have a TV Licence you can update your details at any time.
