Can I buy a TV Licence for someone else?

Yes. You can buy a new licence for someone by Direct Debit or debit/credit card online. If you want to start paying for an existing licence by Direct Debit you can update the bank details.

Alternatively, you can apply for a TV Licensing payment card for their address and pay for their licence that way.
