If you don't want a gender-specific title on your account, we can change it. Please use our Contact us form to let us know your preferred title.
If you pay for someone else’s licence by Direct Debit, and have moved home, you can update your details (name, address, bank account & payment date) to ensure you receive reminders and payment plan updates.
You’ll need the licence number, the licence holder’s last name and postcode to sign in.
Please tell us if you’ve already declared you don’t need a licence and are moving home.
No. We will simply update our records which will mean you are correctly licensed.
However, when we issue your next TV Licence at renewal, your new details will be shown on it.
