Do you store my debit or credit card details when I make a cash plan payment?

When you make a payment in the call centre, your debit or credit card details will be stored on our secure system until your card expires, with your permission. We will not process any payments without further instruction from you.

If you register for our text service, this means you can pay via our self-serve SMS at your convenience as we have your card securely stored and encrypted.

When making payments on www.tvlicensing.co.uk or via our automated phone service your card details are not stored.
