How can I pay using my TV Licensing payment card?

You can make a payment by:

Online

Logging in by entering your surname, postcode and Customer number. You'll then be able to make a payment on our secure site using your debit/credit card.

Text

If you've previously made a debit/credit card payment towards your plan, simply text PAY followed by your Customer Number along with the amount you wish to pay (eg: to pay £6.50, text PAY 123456789 6.00) to 64488. We'll never ask you to text your full debit/credit card number or details. All texts will be charged at your standard text message cost set by your mobile phone service provider.

PayPoint store

You can make your payments at any local PayPoint store. Go to consumer.paypoint.com to find your nearest PayPoint or call 0300 790 6137.

Phone

Call us on 0300 555 0286 to pay by debit/credit card. You can either talk to an agent or pay by our 24 hour automated enquiry service.
