How can I claim a refund for an extra TV Licence at the same address?

If you have two licences at the same address, you may be able to request a refund.

Please note that some addresses need more than one licence, like those with tenants or lodgers, for example.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, fill in our online form and choose ‘I am covered by another TV Licence at the same address’ as the reason. If we approve your refund, your licence will be cancelled automatically.
