I am a cash plan's customer and I haven't received a TV Licence document yet. Is this normal?
Yes. Members of the cash payment plan receive their TV Licence in the form of a letter.
You'll receive a letter which will be clearly marked at the top with 'TV Licence - Do not Destroy'.
