When will I receive my TV Licensing payment or savings card?

You should receive your TV Licensing payment or savings card within a few days, and no longer than 10 days after your initial application or request for a replacement card. If you haven’t received it after this time, please call 0300 303 8617* and let us know your:

  • licence number or customer number;
  • last name;
  • postcode.

*Calls to our 0300 numbers cost no more than a national rate call to an 01 or 02 number, whether from a mobile or landline. If you get inclusive minutes, calls to an 0300 number will be included free of charge.
