Can I have my TV Licence in a joint name?

No. A TV Licence is a legal document and can only have one name on it.

Usually, one TV Licence allows the use of any TV receiving equipment by the licence holder, their family or any person visiting or working at the address. So there should be no need to have a licence in a joint name.
