You can get in touch using our Contact us form. You can also view, renew or change the details on your TV Licence by signing in to your TV Licence.

By phone

For payment card customers (cash plan). All queries and new applications.

For Direct Debit customers, or if you pay all in one go, call us on:

You can find out how to apply for a licence if you’re over 75. If you still need help, please call us on 0300 790 6117*

Opening hours:

Monday to Friday: 08:30 to 18:30
Saturday, Sunday and public holidays: closed.

 

*Calls to our 0300 numbers cost no more than a national rate call to an 01 or 02 number, whether from a mobile or landline. If you get inclusive minutes, calls to an 0300 number will be included free of charge.
