If you have a disability we will consider all requests for other adjustments to our standard service and accommodate requests that we judge to be reasonable. If you need us to consider an adjustment, please call us on 0300 790 6076.

If you are moving house and have an existing licence, let us know. You can do this up to three months before you move via our moving house page.
We understand moving home can be stressful, to help you change address, we’ve put together a moving house checklist.
Residential care homes & almshouses
Many residential care homes are eligible for a special type of licence. Care home residents, and those in supported housing, and sheltered accommodation may be able to benefit from a concessionary TV licence. This is known as an Accommodation for Residential Care (ARC) licence. It costs £7.50 per room, flat or bungalow.
To see if you qualify for an ARC licence, visit care home and sheltered accommodation residents.
If you are a manager of a residential care home, supported housing or sheltered accommodation, you need to make sure that residents, staff and guests are covered by a TV Licence if they need one.
You can apply for an ARC licence and find out more via residential care homes and sheltered accommodation.
