How do I change my address?

The easiest way to change your address is online. If you’ve lost your licence, don’t worry, you already have one safely stored online that shows you’re covered.

You can also change your other details such as name, bank details and email address.

To sign in, you’ll need your TV Licence number, last name and postcode on the licence.

Don't know your licence number?

If you still can’t find your licence number you can let us know your new address by using our Contact us form. You’ll need to provide your name, old address, new address and the date of move.

Please tell us if you’ve already declared you don’t need a licence and are moving home.
