How do I change my bank details?

You can change your bank details online. You’ll need to have to hand:

• your TV Licence number
• your last name
• your postcode
• the bank details we hold for you (sort code and account number).

Paying for someone else

You can change your bank details online. You’ll need to have to hand the:

• TV Licence number
• licence holder's last name
• licence holder's postcode
• bank details we hold for you (sort code and account number).

If you move home you’ll need to change the correspondence address to ensure you receive reminders and payment plan updates.

I want to change my payment scheme or payment date

Change your current payment method or scheme, for example from yearly to monthly.

To change the date we take your Direct Debit payment, please sign in and update your details online. To do this you’ll need to enter your licence number, last name, and postcode.
