How can I check my TV Licensing payment or savings card balance?

TV Licensing Payment card

You can check your balance now by either:

  • Signing into your TV Licensing payment card to view your payment history and balance.
  • Calling our 24 hour automated enquiry service on 0300 555 0286*.
  • Texting INFO along with your Customer Number (eg: INFO 123456789) to 64488.
All texts will be charged at your standard text message cost set by your mobile phone service provider.
 

TV Licensing Savings card

Every six months, we'll send you a statement showing all the savings you've made for that period and when you made them.

If you would like to check your balance now you can do so by either:

  • Signing in to your TV Licensing savings card to view your payment history and balance.
  • Calling our 24 hour automated enquiry service on 0300 555 0281*.
  • Texting INFO along with your Customer Number (eg: INFO 123456789) to 64488.
All texts will be charged at your standard text message cost set by your mobile phone service provider.

Please note that it may take 48 hours from the time you make a payment for it to appear on your payment history.
